The City of El Dorado is working on a Safe Streets 4 All Safety Action Plan - and we want to hear from you! This plan will help us improve safety on our streets, sidewalks, trails and highways by reducing serious crashes and creating safer options for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists. Your input will guide such things as better crosswalks, bicycle improvements, smart technology and other safety measures that protect everyone. You can take the survey here.
The City of El Dorado received the Safe Streets and Roads for All grant, including $160,000 from a federal grant and $24,000 from the Kansas Department of Transportation, so there is no cost to the City. You can read more here.
