[ARCHIVED] Self-Reporting Flood Damage Form

County and City of El Dorado staff have been actively doing damage assessments, working their way through the areas that flooded. However, we want to make sure that no one is being missed in the process. ALSO, we want to identify any needs that our citizens have that are not being met by insurance or other sources. This may include things like help mucking out basements, tearing out damaged carpeting or drywall, or moving flood debris. Our hope is to identify disaster relief organizations or donors that may be able to assist with some of those unmet needs – but first we need to know those needs exist!

To help gather information, we have set up two ways for impacted individuals to share their damages and needs.

1. The first is an online form that can be accessed via https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/76c6beb3d4d0411bbc88725d4f91f434. This form allows you to enter information about your damages, needs and even include pictures.

2. If you would prefer not to deal with online forms, we are also gathering damage and need reports through the United Way’s 2-1-1 call center. This line can be accessed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Simply dial 2-1-1 and advise them that you experienced flooding in Butler County and need to report damages.

Please do not be discouraged if you do not receive an immediate response to your submissions – we will need time to process the information as it comes in.
