The City is seeking your input as we begin to prepare our 2026 Operating Budget. The city is using Balancing Act, an online budgeting tool, which allows citizens to view the proposed general fund budget, including expenses and revenue sources, then adjust each area as they deem appropriate to create a balanced budget. In this scenario, we have the proposed funding for each department in the General Fund, as well as some options to fund additional personnel and equipment in certain areas. You will be able to complete the scenario and submit your input until 5 p.m. March 14. The information gathered from this scenario will be used during our budget deliberations for the General Fund.
