The City of El Dorado is committed to enhancing the quality of life in our neighborhoods through the Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP). The NRP is intended to promote the revitalization and development of certain areas within the City of El Dorado. To facilitate these goals, the City offers property tax rebates for certain improvements or renovation of property within designated areas.
The current authorization of the NRP will expire December 31, 2025. We invite all residents, and stakeholders to provide feedback on our current program. Details about the current NRP may be found on the City’s website at https://www.eldoks.com/166/Neighborhood-Revitalization-Program

Public comments will be accepted between November 1, 2024 and December 3, 2024.
